Dear Representatives of the United Nations,

We hereby formally notify the United Nations of the establishment of the State Without a State (SWS) by the doNONdo community.

SWS represents the world’s first Digital Nomad State, manifested through a shared agreement to practice the principle of non-doing on a regular basis, as a foundation of collective governance and self-organization.

SWS is a multi-territorial, transnational societal formation, comparable in certain structural aspects to a Network State and elements of Decentralized Autonomous Organizations (DAOs). Our community exists beyond physical borders and traditional political frameworks, united instead by shared values, digital coordination, and non-territorial citizenship.

Upon completion and adoption of the first version of our Constitution, the participants of SWS are prepared to designate representatives to engage with the United Nations in an observer capacity and explore constructive forms of cooperation within the global governance framework.

We appreciate your attention and stand ready to provide further information as the development of SWS continues.
